Matron was Mrs. Lodge.

Lives in Teignmouth, Devon.
Parents moved from Swindon England, to Thika Kenya in 1956, where her father, Ralph Thomas Rogers, taught at Thika Teacher Training College.  
Her mother Kathleen Theresa Rogers, worked as a nurse at Thika Medical practice for 
Drs Watkins-Pitchford, Stewart-Smith and Holmes-Smith.  The family then moved to a larger campus at Thogoto Teacher Training College, near Kikuyu, where Ralph continued his teaching career.  
At this time, Kathleen worked as a secretary in the Education Office in Nairobi, until her 3rd child was born.  
The Rogers family returned to England in 1963.
